If you require Insurance you may go through your own provider or the one below.

- Registration Fee – paid by e-transfer to City of Burlington – details below
- Completed Halton Region's Food Vendor Application (if selling food)
Payment
Below is the process for payment once Admin has confirmed your application:
Please remit payment to accounting@burlington.ca. The payee is the City of Burlington.
Please quote in the message field: Orchard Community Picnic Vendor.
The applicant must include the following payment details in the message section with every email money transfer forwarded to the City of Burlington:
- INVOICE NO# – Everyone should have received an invoice
- MEMO: Payment for Booth at the Orchard Community Picnic Marketplace 2026
