Orchard Community Marketplace Vendor Application Saturday September 16, 2023 – 12-3pm

This is the vendor application form for our Saturday, September 16th, 2023, Orchard Community Picnic at Orchard Park. Please fill out the form to apply to participate in our Marketplace, spaces are $25, you will need to bring your own table and chairs. Terms and Conditions
- I understand I will have a designated space and am responsible for bringing my own table and chairs.
- I understand to help this event be successful I need to help promote the event and that I am a vendor at the event leading up to and the day of.
- I understand that once I receive an email accepting my application, I have 48hours to sign the contract and send the vendor fee.
- We do our best to limit product overlap, but sometimes it is unavoidable. I understand there may be product similarities.
- Applications are reviewed within 72 hours to allow us time to review and ensure there is minimal product overlap. A response will be sent either way.

- I understand that I will require Insurance to participate as a vendor. Please visit our Terms and conditions page.
