Orchard Community Marketplace Vendor Application Saturday September 16, 2024 – 12-4pm

This is the vendor application form for our Saturday, September 14th, 2024, Orchard Community Picnic at Orchard Park. Please fill out the form to apply to participate in our Marketplace, spaces are $40 before July 31st and $60 as of August 1st, you will need to bring your own table and chairs. COST: $40 before July 31st, $60 as of August 1st 

Submit your application no later than August 24, 2024

No registrations accepted after August 24, 2024.

Vendor Registration

  • If you are a food vendor; you must submit a "Health Department Food Vendor” application with Halton region and comply with all conditions.

  • Please send 3-5 clear and high-quality photos of your product for use in advertising to orchardpicnicmarketplace@gmail.com
  • Terms and Conditions

    • I understand I will have a designated space and am responsible for bringing my own table and chairs.
    • I understand to help this event be successful I need to help promote the event and that I am a vendor at the event leading up to and the day of.
    • I understand that once I receive an email accepting my application, I have 48hours to sign the contract and send the vendor fee.
    • We do our best to limit product overlap, but sometimes it is unavoidable. I understand there may be product similarities.
    • Applications are reviewed within 72 hours to allow us time to review and ensure there is minimal product overlap. A response will be sent either way.
